DIN-Rail & Multi-Circuit Energy Meters
One supply, one bus, every circuit in the panel measured.
Branch-circuit measurement usually fails on the wiring, not the meter. Each meter wants its own supply, its own comms drop and its own space on the rail, and the count stops being economic somewhere around the tenth circuit. This architecture uses a master unit with sub-meters on a single bus, and one supply feeds the chain, so the incremental cost of the next circuit is the sub-meter and the sensor.
Accuracy is Class 0.5S. Rated current is freely configurable at 10 A, 100 A, 600 A, 1,000 A, 3,000 A and 6,000 A, using Rogowski coils at 50, 85 or 100 mV/kA or 333 mV CTs, with VT input to 500 kV primary. Each point returns current, voltage, active, reactive and apparent power and energy, harmonics and THD, power factor, demand with maxima and minima, phase angle and unbalance. Fifty harmonic orders are measured simultaneously, with 51st-order THD on recording versions. Supply is 85–265 VAC or 110–370 VDC. Recorder versions hold a 4 GB SD card, and a display-less data-collector version is available where the data goes upstream and nobody reads the panel.
Why it matters
Master plus sub-meters on one bus means one supply and one comms run for the whole panel, which is where the installed cost of branch-circuit monitoring is normally lost.
Freely configurable rated current from 10 A to 6,000 A lets a mixed panel use one meter type and one spare part.
Class 0.5S accuracy supports tenant billing and cost allocation, not just indication.
Rogowski coils close around existing conductors, so an occupied building gets sub-metered without an outage per circuit.
The display-less collector version drops the cost of points nobody stands in front of, while keeping the same data upstream.

Questions engineers ask
How many circuits can one master unit cover? The architecture is a master unit with sub-meters on a single bus, sized to the panel rather than to a fixed channel count, and one supply feeds the whole chain. Give us the circuit list and the rated current of each point in the request for quotation, and the master and sub-meter configuration is proposed against it.
Can DIN-rail meters be used for tenant billing? Class 0.5S accuracy is the class normally required for cost allocation and tenant billing, and the meters support six tariffs plus demand with maxima and minima. Whether the readings can be used for regulated billing depends on the local metrology approval that applies in your jurisdiction, so confirm that requirement before specifying.
